You could say hospitality runs in Dawn's blood. Growing up, her dad often called her "Julie", after the well-known cruise director on the TV show The Love Boat, because she was constantly focused on making sure everyone around her was happy, cared for and felt important. Her teachers would also have said, making sure everyone knew where they were supposed to be, go and when!
Born in the Midwest but transplanted in Oregon, Dawn calls the Pacific Northwest home. With unfailing encouragement and support from her husband, Dylan, and their three children, Unforgettable Service and Events was born in 2005, providing Dawn an outlet for her gifts - to turn special moments into Unforgettable experiences.
Getting to know her clients and understanding their vision for their special event is of foremost importance to her. A creative powerhouse with a knack for organization and heart for people, she takes pride in delivering what she promises.
When she's not creating memorable moments for clients, she's finding ways to make life's simple moments truly unforgettable for herself, her friends and her family - because every moment with those you love is precious.

Lindsey is a native Oregonian, a wife and mother, and has strong military family ties that play a large part of her personal integrity and discipline. As the only girl growing up in her large family, Lindsey made sure that everyone was fed and happy, and when interpersonal relationships flared, she was often the peacekeeper.
When asked how she approached guest services, she replied, “I love to exceed expectations, and my customers should be completely wowed by our entire presentation at the end of the night”. Because of her customer service skills and her abject honesty, Lindsey was hired by DxD Events after several encounters at a previous employer where she made such an impression that it became clear that she had to become part of the team.
In addition to her dedication to her husband and children, her outside focus has been on a career in hospitality, including 5 years at King Estates Winery, various restaurants and several customer service positions. You will know when you have Lindsey on site at an event; her charm, disposition and dedication to making encounters special will be hard to miss.
